We’ll work together online, or in person in Sussex if you’re local, and we'll make ourselves at home in a safe, and totally private Facebook group or Whats App chat which will become our sacred, safe space to share, update, seek solace, hugs, love, awesome music for you to dance to, courage and guidance.
In addition to bi weekly 2 hour Soul Shine sessions, every other week you will benefit from a 90 minute Supernova Session - Conscious Activation & Embodiment Coaching, home healing exercises, mind set work, EFT sessions, soulful activities, such as letter writing, affirmation/ mantra creating. You will also experience magical manifesting, inner child work, Soul Motion and healing practices to make your heart and soul open up and shine bright. Basically you become part of my inner world, and whenever I feel called to share, or feel your call for support I will be there in your pocket for you.
All this will happen in the typical She (Who Dares…) Shines fashion; gentle but powerful, loving, yet kick ass courageous, feminine, wild and free.
