These sessions are the finale at the end of the Star Light and Super Star Light Soul Shine Packages and take place every other week if you dare to boldly dance into the Gold Dust Immersion.
These sessions are a powerful integration of the deep healing change that has been or is still being made. Together we will shine a radiant light on any existing shadows, finding the rich gold within them, and committing to the ever-evolving journey of healing and awakening.
I created these sessions from a place of knowing;
of knowing that simply knowing, and feeling is not enough. Inspired action is where it’s at if you are going to truly become the courageous creator of your own magnificent life.
The Supernova Embodiment Coaching element will catapult you from feeling, knowing and understanding into Being.

Once we have healed your past experiences during your Soul Shine Sessions and lifted you up and out of the uncomfortable and heavy emotions, we will consciously activate an elevated route forward.
First of all, you’ll identify all the thoughts, beliefs, habits and patterns that kept you stuck in the confines of a fear driven existence, now that they’re in your conscious awareness.
Then we will activate your imagination again to consolidate all the goodness, to embody the position from which you can view your experience of life through a lens of acceptance, forgiveness and ultimately the highest vision of love and wholeness.
